Not so breaking news!

This goes out to all those who were in my Dawn of Worlds game many, many moons ago:
I sent Lenny an E-mail with a detailed list of stuff to write out about your races. Jess and I need the map eventually, so if you need it, go to/get it from Lenny so you can use it. If you get lazy and don't do it, or would really rather just leave the details to me, thats cool too. But if you DO leave it up to me, you forfit said material and I will modify it however I see fit and will have none of your back talking lip. NO GUFF!
I hope to see finished materials soon so I can compile them into a pdf or somthing soon.
oh yeah, try to type them so I can do a lot of CTL+C CTL+V work and not try to translate and re-write hand written notes. This project was a lot of fun, and I'm looking forward to seeing it through.

P.S: If anyone else (Chase) is thinking about running a DoW game, I have researched and developed on my own numerious ways to streamline the game and make it run more smoothly.

The Social Event of the Year!! (Well, not really) An Update!

Since Adrienne's birthday (March 4th) is on a Tuesday this year, I'm throwing her a little party the weekend before her birthday on the 1st. I haven't got all the details figured out yet because I am sick and so I am unable to think clearly, but everyone should make that day available for saying Happy B-Day to Adrienne and eating food and drinking soda and playing video games and being all social with each other. More details as I come up with them out of nowhere.

Here's the update part!! ----> The party will be at 6 pm on Saturday the 1st. And it will be at my Mom's house, NOT THE APARTMENT!!! Call me with questions.

I'll be out of town now through Sunday with Seth, along with our friend Jeremy and his pal Art. Jeremy has a booth there selling the indy comic I helped him on, and I will be costuming as "The Fandom Menace". There will be photos when I get back. I'm also going to run some rpg stuff using jury rigged Pokethulhu rules. It will probably involve liquor, so I won't post photos of those as a result.

If any of you do decide to check out the Con (however unlikely), please be safe when you drive. I've already lost one friend too many from auto accidents this week.

Jesus and Warm Beverages

This Thursday night, I'll be leading the Bible study at Pipeline! Woo! It's a discussion-oriented study, where you can just throw questions out if you have them, and sometimes the most valuable wisdom comes from someone's comments on the lesson. That said, I'm making every attempt to assure the lesson is everything it can be. Given the subject I indend to speak on, I may include the following phrase: "God sees straight through our religion, to us." Hmm.

The people are awesome, by the way, and we have free hot chocolate and tea. So, if you're at all intrigued, show up at Arcade Wesleyan Church at Watt and Whitney at 7:30 on Thursday the 21st.

Tradation Dictates

As has become an all to common custom for me, I am bring an end to my D&D game. Due to the lukewarm response from players I don't feel continuing that game would be enjoyable to either the players or myself. Sorry guys.

In other news, I am currently gearing up to Dawn a World. I'm going to leave it open to quite a few people because I want the most diverse world possible. I'm also going to run it on three occasions, one for each age, maybe more than one session for the 3rd age. Anyway, I'll have more details as it gets closer to the time to do that. Anyone interested in helping me to create a world (one I plan to run many of my future games in) just leave a comment with your name, social security number, checking account number, and mother's maiden name.

Dungeons: Chck Dragons:...

To all my players out there. I want to know if people want to continue playing the game I was running. With the long hiatus during the end of last semester and the holidays, and John's being all flued up last time we played, it's going to be difficult to get the game going again. I'm certainly willing to try if everyone else is, but I would also be willing to start a new game if people thing this one is like a lame duck. And not a metaphorical duck, but a real lame one that stepped on a land mind and had his legs and maybe a wing blown off.
The preferred method of response is e-mail so as not to influence the other players. John, please let Seth know also as I would like a response from him too.
