Wonder Con

I'll be out of town now through Sunday with Seth, along with our friend Jeremy and his pal Art. Jeremy has a booth there selling the indy comic I helped him on, and I will be costuming as "The Fandom Menace". There will be photos when I get back. I'm also going to run some rpg stuff using jury rigged Pokethulhu rules. It will probably involve liquor, so I won't post photos of those as a result.

If any of you do decide to check out the Con (however unlikely), please be safe when you drive. I've already lost one friend too many from auto accidents this week.

Heroes for Heroes

The Star Wars people and I are talking about making a donation of goods to heroes for heroes:

Mission
We work directly with members of the United States Military, corporations, and the general public to provide portable media to active troops in order to boost morale and keep our men and women in uniform culturally tuned-in. We gather, organize, and send entertainment material such as comic books, DVDs, CDs, books, magazines, MP3 players, and game systems to our Heroes.

On a side note, I was wondering who wants to do Spiderman on the 4th? Let me know! I'd be cool with going to the midnight thursday showing, but it's probably sold out by now... I'd be cool with Friday though too!!!

As for my Star Wars game, with my Mom being ill and other ST's/GM's trying to run their campaigns I'm going to let them do so, allowing me to have time to focus on school, work, and my mom when I'm not out playing in the other games. Rest assured, it'll be back. I think. =P

I just don't know when.

Sattyday Game Plans

Ok, the rough idea is that there will be two games this weekend...

One will be Lenny's Exalted, taking place in the afternoon to wrap up the current gladitorial action going on. My guess is that the start time would be around 1pm... the second will take place around the 6 o'clock when I get off work: figure a start time of about 7pm for that. I will be running Star Wars for Cody, Lenny, Nick, and Brian.

Star Wars

I know Neko's been ill, but I'm throwing out my availability to my star wars players. Lenny's free after Tuesday and I've got class until 645 on Wednesday and I'm off work at 6pm on Saturday too. Those days would be acceptable for me to run the game in the evening.

Cody and Neko, let me know!

On account of Cody being ill Star Wars has been postponed until later. Maybe a little later today we can play when either Cody's better or Brian's free.

So I'm going to Wonder*Con today... last year I did the luchador jedi. This time?

I'm thinking Jar Jar Binks... gotta put the mask to use somehow. If you guys see a dead gungan in the news, you know who it is.

War of the Stars

Sounds like sometime on Sunday before Sushi might be good for another round of my Star Wars game.

Nick's good to go, and I've already spoken to Bwian. I'd like to play around noon or so at Great Escape. Lenny, Cody, what say you?
