Funny thing... Drake was over last night, and he mentioned how well the SPW show went. Talked about how the main event was awesome, and how he was Umaga in the Halloween Battle Royal.

However, he failed to mention one critical detail...

HE WON.

And because he won, he's gonna be in the Hardcore Cage Match in April.

EDIT: After the responses I've decided to run my D&D game this Saturday at 4:00 pm. If there are any problems with this time or day let me know and we'll see what can be worked out.


Hey guys. I'm finally going to have enough free time to run one of my games. Woot. Now I just need my players. So let me know schedules for this weekend, I'll run either Lunars or D&D, I don't care which at this point, but I need to have my players. So yeah, John and Seth and Neko and Lenny! I must have schedules! If we can't get everyone for that we should get some people together for Guitar Hero 3. It's pretty freaking awesome.

Holy Crap.

So Lenny, remember my supervillan-weapon idea the other evening? Apparently the US military complex has been making similarly ridiculous stuff. Now, i'm not talking about outside-the-box, off the wall stuff, which we've done with everything from Revolutionary War Submersibles for drilling holes in sailing ships, to Ironclads, all the way up to that crazy-ass heat ray the Army just patented, or that septybillion-rounds-per second, no moving parts gun.

This was a project codenamed Pluto, it's linked in the title.
And it's absolutely masturbatory.

Bad news Bears

I hate to damper young carefree lives with glum news, but this new bares dampening.
A women I've worked with for two years now, Cathy, Killed herself on monday; Pill overdose.
I ask that everyone with and spare time and/or pity take a moment to pray for her (or at least observe a small moment of silence.)
Cathy had a lot of problems, and drove her friends at work nuts, but we had hoped for so much better for her.

On a personal note: This brings the suicide count up to three now.
1.) My moms friend's son, Shaun. (family friend whom baby sat me)
2.) Dewy, a superviser in the cattering dept. I work at.
3.) And now Cathy, Friend and co-worker.

This day and age is hard, but I never immagined that it was this hard.
God help us all.

Gaming

So...gaming. Let me know when we can get games played. I really want to get back to the Elder Lunar game, and I'm quite happy with the way the D&D game has been going so far, so I'd like to do that as well. Sundays are good for these games, so let me know if there are any Sundays that would be bad Mr. Neko and Mr. Lenny and Mr. John. I desire to run the games. Saturdays will also work some, so let me know about those too. Let's get it going.

So, I've been really busy of late and I haven't been able to see anyone or do much of anything in a while now. Lately I've been swamped with work, and then I got sick. But I want to fizzle this prizzle. When I get better people need to do a thing, and make sure it's a thing I can do.

Nope, it's not bullshit rumor mongering or some sort of "super secret unlockable"... but it's cool enough and Brawl is looking good enough to maybe actually entice me into playing some on Seth's Wii... and this is a title I never really cared for!
