I need a roommate as soon as possible. I've got a lot of costs to cut with my impending change in employment.
Incidentally, several two-bedroom apartments are opening up in my complex, each for $850 a month.

If you don't mind a move down the street, our apartment is $825 a month (it was a special) and we got 1 month free with a 13 month lease. We could look into that for you and see if they're still running the special.
