My opinion may bit a bit biased since I happen to be in the area but the hawaiin island would present a lot of interesting opportunities. Villains can have volcano lairs, there are plenty of natural disasters to prevent, a variety of climates, a large city to save, and plenty of fat sunburned tourists to save.
Yeah, Hawaii would be interesting. It would be great for the more exotic were creatures like the Rokea/Same Bito in a werewolf game, as Chadrienne said the other night at ACG.
